I love Arnez J but this routine is actually about how much he dislikes continental Africans but frames the white guy as “compassionate”. Arnez sometimes they are laughing AT you not with you. Your audience is too large for you promulgate self hatred.

I had the honor of working with the Sudanese men, of Africa. Some of the finest men on Gods earth. No complaining, and these young tribal teens would go 5km for water daily. Warriors of God; and yes this white man, along with other American service members engaged their oppressors.
