When I played I messed up on the missing kid. I thought it was the fake rose bush that takes kids. So some kid who likes bees followed the bee to the bush and got taken. Not to mention the amber alert about a rose bush taking kids..

Checked out this game and it's suprising how you can easily forget that it's supposed to be an analog horror. So long as you don't pick the wrong answers it's surprisingly cozy and going through the file entries is as if you brought a fantasy book along to keep you entertained.
Patty's call at 10:40 always freaked me out. She seems to be so calm and at ease, yet the fact she tries to call us back makes me wonder if part of her doesn't like this. It's also very ironic that she mimics the standard voicemail message, but she's the one calling us.

Carol is a Fae! You are being emailed consistently throughout the game by a former employee who was turned into a highly intelligent mouse by Carol. The prank caller you get for the majority of your shifts is also turned into a mouse by Carol on call. Hobbs/Boggarts are based on a real myth - Brownies and Boggarts! No matter what, May's child, Jeremy, will die. The only difference is that if you get it right, May will have her memory wiped of Jeremy, and she won't remember she had a child at all. The most common mistake of the game is actually the first question! Most people believed it was black mold. (This took me an hour and a half, hope it helps someone :)!)

The girl attacked by the poocha(is that how it’s spelt?) chills me to the bone. The fact that even when she found her dead dog, she was still telling the monster thing she would’ve said to her dog like it would help. Her genuine panic and the noise of the monster in the background scares me every times.
if it makes you feel better the entry for the Pooka actually says theyre (relatively) harmless to humans, biggest danger is the decaying body of the original pet luring in pests and disease. The Pooka just thrives off of attention and fear, so shes either unharmed or suffered very minor wounds at the most.
Why is nobody talking about Gary’s death? Yeah, I get Ash’s and Dan and May’s are brutal, but something about Gary’s freaks me out. Bro was just sitting in his bedroom, and who knows, maybe he was asleep prior to that, and he just sees a humanoid face staring at him before charging. 😢
I'd imagine Jeremy's mom was calling the hotline again to ask about a weird TV she found, only to see her son in there and scream exactly when her call got through.
If I remember right, there's basically singing mushrooms in her walls. If they start to harmonize, you have to flee the house immediately. It's not clear what it does to you but you can hear them harmonizing in the background
mays is really sad, knowing her child is fucked either way, but 12:41. this is so sad. when she first called, she thought the info was gonna help, then when it doesn’t, she calls, realized she’s fucked, she tries to defend herself, only to be taken away by her “family”
