BCSO are kidnapping LS county residents to collect more money. Split the jurisdictions or combine them into just LSPD. Or just have like 5 deputies max in Blaine til the county has more crime but they can't operate in LS county.
So there's basically nothing in Blaine County that takes away from their budget other than the sheriff's office. But if all their cops are in Los Santos then it costs Blaine nothing. Because of that Nino will need to add things that may seem bad for those who live and work in Blane. But most of the people who will have an issue with this will be the Blaine cops. They will see this as a middle finger to them, and they won't look at why he has to make these changes. So I can't wait for the juicy drama that will unfold from this.

The PD had a limited budget and the mayor's finance book thing showed him revenue vs expenses. But it was impossible for max to run out of money. I mean he literally ran the city -$15 million a day for a while and never cared because it was coming out of a limitless bank account. Now... you can't do that any more.
Cause he supported and incentivise cops to arrest people and during his time fines are high meaning everytime a cop made an arrest the state made money for example the city got a couple million in fines in from cg alone also when max was in office the city still prerty much alive civs are grinding 24/7 g6,grime sani and those civ bought expensive cars hence the city got a lot of tax now only criminal rome the city only feq civs remain nino is anti cop and pro criminal so where can nino get his budget from cops are not motivated to wake up and made any arrest so the city is bleeding money

I think Nino should have gone up and told LSPD that the BCSO officers standing around in the LSPD's meeting are draining the funds that are meant for them. Talk about a stir.
I mean they should make it so that BCSO officers only get paid from the Blaine county budget. Fixing the city budget and down the line probably fixing LSPD personnel shortage too.
