That one blondish woman with the sunglasses was aboutabitch. I used to get them like that a lot when I worked in retail, they thought since they were the customer, that they could treat you like dirt, that you were subhuman. I have explained to many that while it was my job to serve them as best I could, it was not my job to take crap off of them. Also, asked quite a few to leave, and even called police a couple of times on ones who refused to leave.
