@David Hey David, thanks for reaching out. All I can tell you is that it was Room 2878, on the 28th floor of the Augustus Tower. I can't remember if it was located in the middle of the floor or near one of its sides, you should look for a map of the Augustus Tower to figure it out.

Si es lo primero no tiene mucho misterio, simplemente tirar del respaldo desde detrás para que las bisagras lo desplacen a la nueva posición (tal como se ve a partir del segundo 2:20). Si es lo segundo siento no poder ayudarte, la furgoneta era alquilada a una empresa islandesa y ya venía "camperizada". Un saludo.
