Fantastic Statler Brothers cover, sir - thanks for sharing! This was from back when music was music, unlike the modern-day mess we have to listen to today.
Great to hear the autoharp. In my music teaching days I inherited a classroom with about 16 of these instruments. Tuning them all up was very time consuming so I ended up going down the Glockenspiel, recorder and piano road. Great to hear the autoharp being played so well and with a prominent melody. Keep up your good work in the one man and his instrument folk tradition. Back in the day Suzuki made an electric version called an Omnichord but it tended to be an accompaniment instrument and a bit of a novelty. We bought one for school but it was never popular with the kids who took Music more seriously.
Hey, You play very good and you voice great. Much feeling in you're style. The married girls will be happy. ;) ;) Grea JOB buddy. greetings and support from Thuringia..............Ritera...............
That was an awesome performance, downright otherworldly. Reminded me of Dock Boggs. Come to think of it, it did look to me like you were picking with both your index and middle finger.
Very nice. I felt you started a bit too vigorously and then settled down to a nice rendition. I'm not criticising you at all, you've got a good talent.
@@SirCoughsalot I sort of thought maybe I shouldn't have put that bit in 😳 You're playing an instrument I've hardly even seen and I'm telling you how to play it... I'm sorry. I should learn to shut up. I think we've got the craziest names on RU-vid!
