I’ve seen people complain about the algebra prof at my school because she has the expectation that they come to class to learn, not play on their phones. I always thought it was weird they even show up to play on their phones since the school is non-attendance taking, like just stay home 😂 the benefit of coming back to college after ten years, seeing high school antics again 😂
"Too" is an adverb, much alike "very", the student was saying she speaks very fast. It was used to describe her action of speaking, a verb. On the other hand "to" is a preposition, and wouldn't make much sense in the context of the student's review. So, it was used correctly by the student. Although seeing professors make simple mistakes is kind of funny, it is a bit scary that they feel this intense need to regain control of the situation by correcting the reviews. Like comments that correct your grammar when they are losing, "Yeah I'm wrong, but at least I can use the correct to, two or too," or in this case when corect you but can't. My condolences to all students that are right but their professor corrects them anyway, and bullies them into submission because of their near unlimited grading power mixed with the fragility of their ego. 😭
Universities in general focus on research and teaching is not the primary purpose. Most PhDs receive no training on how to teach effectively. This results in mediocre teachers but great researchers at universities.
Bah Humbug! This course a humbug uncle? It is no such thing. Oh what is course time but a time time to spend other people's money slaving away until dusk or one is to tired, a time for worry constantly about one grades. If a saw a jolly class goer I would strange him with is perfectly written and timely turned in papers! - Scrooge of the College universe
What’s the point in having the ability to rate your professor if they treat them like a joke? The best professors should be the ones that can read all the information and learn something. There’s usually similar points in the majority of the ratings that professors can learn to improve on.
Professor Brenda Kauffman CLAIMED that she demonstrated that the bill would not have the effect that Dr. Peterson predicted, when in fact she did no such thing. Her argument amounted to "it will be interpreted the way that I say it will be interpreted" which is preposterous. Every single piece of legislation enacted in the U.S. and Canada has had impacts that were either not envisioned or denied by the authors. U of T's high-powered legal team - likely a lot smarter than Kaufmann - gave Jordan proof in the letters warning him to stop saying what he was saying. Sorry, nameless young woman in the video, you are wrong in addition to being obviously biased.
I would have liked to see more clips of the rally. It's always amusing to watch 2-year-olds throwing tantrums, which is exactly what those "students" - if they even were - were doing.
We should all be grateful to those in the university, government, and others who began calling for the silencing of Dr. Peterson. Without those attempts, the meteoric rise and reach of his messages may not have occurred or at least been much slower. Truly one of the greatest thinkers of modern civilization.
People on the political far left are fair, reasonable, intelligent and wise individuals, that live in reality and see things as they truly are. Dolphins are insects from the planet Jupiter that have come to Earth to kill the human race. They secretly speak only Spanish and survive on a diet of corndogs.
Can the black people read?? Or do they have to be cared for by benevolent whites?? For having 3/5th of a brain they do quite well in Canada!👍 oh they are from India my mistake!
These professors may be getting bad comments from Rate My Professors, but it is very nice of them to be willing to be filmed while reading these mean comments.
