Baltimore County had those same door handles on their 96 Blue bird handicaps except with jackknife doors as well as on the 98 regular Blue Birds with the outward facing door. I wish Baltimore County purchased Blue Birds for the regular fleet after 1998. But unfortunately they didnt.
