Thank you. I'm in school and unfortunately my teacher is impossible to understand. Because of your explications.. I get it You are the reason I'll pass this class.
instead of explaining what you have already done, it's much better if you do these stuff from scratch as you explain it. you have animated the whole scene before, how do you expect us to understand the process?
Here's my recommendation: Have a plan B. I know many talented 3D VFX artists in addition to myself who are not finding work (at least in the US). At least one I know has given up and is looking to start a new career. Another is considering starting his own business since no one's hiring. Have a plan B: A career alternative you think you'd enjoy, or at least tolerate, that would also pay the bills.
You can edit the shots together in unreal using a master sequence, so you don't have to spend all that time rendering coverage. Just render out the finished edit when you're done.
Very true! We were originally going to do some other stuff outside of UE (that we didn’t do) so a master sequence would have been way smarter in the end lol
My teacher from the Lafilm school taught me a good workflow! When we're in key poses, we should just do them all in the first frames. Then, while in step, we move the poses around until the timing feels right, and then we put in our in-betweens! In my latest portfolio project I worked in layered while my first portfolio project I worked pose to pose! You've given such a great explanation for everything in this video!
I was right from the start. When I first started learning Blender, I combined the default shortcuts with the commonly used shortcuts from Maya to create a set of shortcuts that suited my personal preferences.
Iam using blender in industrial standard hotkeys settings ..it not bad .it has some drawback like extrud , working on nodes but now I can use same muscle memory in both software it super amazing
I do everything as you did. I animate the constraint from 1 to 0 to "let go off the ball". I have the "enable rest position" checked off. Without even having the ball animated yet, after the constraint is at 0 the ball slowly wanders to the position where it was in the beginning, before the board moved.
Instead of grouping the ball to itself, could I also use a locator and parent the ball to it? Because to my understanding a group is nothing else than a parent to its content. That way I would have a locator everywhere I want to "make stuff sticky", instead of sometimes a locator and sometimes a group.
Hi Sir Wade! Cool video! Since you promote the Xsens suit, what is your opinion on their latest price hike on their motion cloud from $250 to $500? (without any notice and without any public announcement) Isn't that an information that your followers ,who you are promoting this very expensive suit, should be aware of it?
I didn’t hear about any of this until after I’d posted the video but yeah, price transparency is extremely important! Not a fan of what I’ve been hearing about all this business
@@SirWade Really appreciate your reply! It's not often to hear back from influencers and take a stance regarding these matters. Xsens is an amazing product that I use my self as well. But their business model is based on bullying and sucking their customers dry and we need to stand up against these tactics.
HE EXPLAINED THE SIGHING IS MOURNING SIGHING IS GREIF, GREIF GETS TURNED INTO JOY. DONT BE DECIEVED. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-d6uroUUy0Q4.html
Wish I would have found you earlier so I would have helped you through your problems as currently leading as a production manager of a small team in animation studio. Do let me know if you are looking for any work getting done for the fraction of price.
