@@maninderjitsingh5853 can you clarify what you mean by Option 1? You basically have to reapply for the visa again in your home country with thr I20 of university B , in case you do not start your degree at university A in sep 2024.
Hii I have got visa of uni A and I have attended 10 days there and I want to change my university which is yet to start and I have acceptance from that uni so what should I do now? Do I need to give interview again?
@@tusharchhajed1144 if you are already in the USA, you will have to do the transfer out transfer in process. Check with the International students office of your current university
Thanks for it, so my visa was rejected previously and now I'm connected to the web for trying to reapply for a new appointment,when I give informations about my mail Adress, they said that my mail adress was already used what can I do?

Assuming we follow approach one, will our VISA be approved by default since VO already approved it for university A and they just need to stamp it with the new university name?

Carry all your documents! She asked for my loan saction letter, my fathers saving proof, My degree and i20 as well! So always carry all your documents with you.
You're wrong, you can update SEVIS information on USTRAVELDOCS by updating the DS-160 confirmation number from the profile section. Then take both old and new 120 and DS-160 confirmation.

Hello! Can I transfer from University to Community college? I got accepted to both and got both I-20 issued. I want to apply for Visa for university and transfer to college at arrival. Timing is good too, because college classes starts 1 month after universities starts.
Hello sir ,can the university transfer (With different course ) in future cause trouble for immigration or h1b stampings.(Like even a vacation trip to India).As we have arrived in USA with stamping for ex:NEU(mechanical engg) then transferred to UIS (Information systems).
Sir I’m currently studying in 5th Semester at NIT Jaipur (9.63 GPA) and I have done research internship in field of material science and production at IIT Delhi. Currently I’m working on research based in field of material science with a professor at NIT Jaipur. What more things should I do so that I will be able to secure admission for PHD in top unis in USA?

I took the second option, now I conpleted 2 semester at second university, one thing you can suggest student that follow that 1 month start date window period and also make sure fill out AR-11 form form informing USCIS about your address change.
@@divakaryadav8174 the process that I have described in ONLY applicable if you have not yet started your studies in the USA. If you already completed a semester at the university, you don't need to change the visa, you only need to change your I20. Transfer out -transfer in does not apply to you in that case. I am not aware of your address change question .
sir, what if I overstayed in another country and then came back to India to apply for a study visa to the US, will that overstay impact my visa application? will the visa officer find out? the country of overstay was Malaysia.
Hi, I just been accepted to a new University and I want to sit the interview with the new I-20. But the interview date(15th July) is too close and I won't be able to transfer the SEVIS fee before the interview. It's also too late to update/submit a new DS160. As I know the ds160 should be submitted before 2 working days from the interview date. Can I still take both of my I-20s to interview and tell the Visa officer about my situation? What should I do?

@@user-oh5xz7il1n there is no way for this. You will have to apply for a fresh visa again. You may be eligible for the Dropbox option, if they still have that provision then.
hello sir! i have applied at uni A and got my visa approved but I haven't paid the fees yet but i want to transfer to uni B and got all the approved I-20 however i am still in india. Can I do the tranfer in and out process through contacting them via email or should i just wait till I reach USA.

In fact I've another question I have a program of 3 years but in my passport I have only 2 years for being expired, what can I do about that in view that I've read something about that published by the U.S embassy that said that current Passport valid for travel to the U.S the passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of stay in the U.S

NYU suggested this, You will need to work with your other institution to cancel your initial I-20 and then apply for a new initial I-20 from New York University. If you have already paid the SEVIS fee for your other I-20, you can transfer the payment from your previous I-20 (once it’s canceled) to your NYU I-20 (once it’s created).

Hi, I was recently admitted to the master's program at SUNY Buffalo, obtained my I-20, and got F1 Visa approved. However, I have now been accepted into Northeastern University with a scholarship. I don't know how to make this shift happen, shall I go ahead with a fresh visa application and attend the biometrics and interview again? Or is there any provision to update my existing visa? Note: I haven't traveled to the US yet, I am currently in India and am ready to take any steps to make this transition as smooth as possible.
You will have to Reapply for the visa when you get the I20 of NEU. You will be allowed to use the dropbox facility. You can apply for transfer of sevis fee.
Thanks for your video sir and I have another question,The consular officer has informations on the old Ds160 used in the previously visa refused? Because there I've written that I've started my education in 2015-2022 but I was confused when I filled out but now I've recognized that I started in 2016 up to 2022 if I change the officer will think that I'm a liar because I used two different informations but it could be the same ? Hello sir If I'm planning to take transfer from a uni to b uni. After i reach there and opted for transfer out from uni a then what will be the process at uni b? Do they have any other process for transfer or it's just the same as for a freshmen ( applying then getting offer letter then getting i20. Its a long process right? Can it be done in one month?
if you plan on applying for the next semester then you will have to apply for the new I20 and repeat the same process as now. The transfer out, transfer in work only of you are transferring this current sem and already have the I20 from University b
@@Admitstar_AcademyOne no I want it to do it before joining the university A. I heard that there's some grace period of 30 days during which we can change the university.
@@Hokageminato I dont exactly understand your situation. If you have already started studying at Univ A then you will have to apply to Univ B, get a new I20 and transfer. If you have recently gone to the US and want to transfer to Univ B in this very semester (before the start of classes of Univ A) then you will have to opt for the transfer out process. You can opt for either way, but if you decide to transfer next sem, you will have to take full time courses from Univ A for this semester. For more details talk to the international students office of your university.

Can we say that "I have done a course and after that i started to research the universities and also prepration for English proficiency. I have applied to summer intake but due to the lack of slot availability i had to differ my admission for the fall intake" will it be a problem if i mentioned that i didn't get the slot for summer intake...
Hello sir, your videos have been a great source to answer a lot of my queries. One aspect of the Visa interview that still concerns me is that if a student has no financial support from family and he has taken a non collateral and non co-signer student loan solely in his name and his personal savings are roughly 50% of laon value, does this situation make the case vulnerable to rejection? I mean if the officer asks how the student plans to repay his loan with insufficient savings, how can one tackle this question? And what supporting information/reply can satisfy the loan officer’s concerns ?
