What a wonderful statement. I've failed several times and know how much it hurts. Thank God I've always managed to overcome it and reinvent myself. Young people need to understand that success usually comes after failure. It's okay to fail, what's not okay is not being able to overcome it.
Great work. Here is some feedback 1. On your captions please include the name of the person you are interviewing. I am watching from Los Angeles and would like to learn more about this individual but I couldn't find his name. 2. Great lighting, but it could be a little brighter 3. Ditch the Captions, it is nice to have but this man is clear enough. Again, love this and love seeing these come out of Kenya

Wow! The analogy of being like a bull on heat when you are so passionate is spot on. Despite the passion, and the drive, you must definitely be careful enough to sit down and ask questions. This is so powerful. And as always, never forget to retreat, re-energize, restrategize, and re-launch.
We are the next generation. Despite our amount of subscribers/views, consumers make up 99% of internet users while creators make up 1%. Keeping your foot on the gas in necessary but not enough. You need to be smart. Network with other channels, come together and rise as a movement with aligned vision. I will subscribe to you

Welcome to the second part of our amazing conversation with Coach Kevin Okwara! To catch the full content, check out Episode 1 first, then come back to this one. Episode 3, the final episode, will be available next week.
The interview was awesome. The guest had a lot to share and was very willing to do so. However, I would suggest that the host ask leading questions rather than derailing ones during follow-up questions. For example, at 2:53 , the guest wanted to discuss 'how to deal with failures when you have a weak support system,' but the host derailed the conversation with a question about one million shillings.
I really felt like I missed out on something important the guest wanted to say concerning how he relaunched after a major failure, but was interrupted by the interviewers question
