Unfortunately I no longer have these in my collection. I've checked my other Asics GLIIIs and there are no QR on the label tag. Just curious if yours is the general Asics cardboard box or the special collaboration box?

Nice review man! Just learned these released n waiting on eBay legit check & delivery. The leatherback 3 was my all time favorite shoe (tied with J5 metallic & dc Travis Barker remix (snakeskin/not boombox)). IDK how these flew under my radar. Was even at Kith Tokyo almost exactly a year after they released! I know my asics size n fit but I appreciate the extra knowledge, warnings, and info. 2.5 years later! Sub'd
Absolutely fantastic size guide.. especially as I’m also a UK 10/ UK 11 and I’ve had some confusion with asics lately. Always bought UK 10 in gl3 and gl5.. took me a minute to realise they were 28.5cm and not 29cm like Nike/jordan. I’ve bought a few 10.5 lately that have been better. But had no clue about this model

Theres another colour way of this shoe that's easily available for less than half price on the net. I got that one and saved over 100 quid on this pair. Ive done that a few times. Ive now got 12 or 14 pairs of 'made in' New Balance and the most ive paid for any of them is 2/3 of the retail price. Most of them i paid about half retail price. If your looking for these colab pieces your asking to get ripped off.
I don't think you can. To be honest, in terms of sneakers, this model is not that expensive and not replicated that much, but to be on the safe side, I would buy directly in-store or online from Onitsuka Tiger. Hope this helps!
fire pickup!!! i thought about copping these at resell cause . i wasn't on the release alot of back and forth as i know these types of releases always are very limited and just didn't want to get heavily invested . im trying to not buy as many sneakers at resell . love the colorblocking and still don't own a v6 and really thought about getting them still want them but it on a list of many other sneakers i want too . great review brother ✊️🙏
990v6 are really worth it any penny IMO. I was lucky to get on sale 50% off retail price 2 pairs of 990v6 (990TE6 and 990TC6) and now aiming for Carhartt version as they are now available to purchase on official NB site here in EU.
Thanks Bro, for me, the V6 are easily the most comfortable sneakers I've worn if you like a bit of a bounce on the cushioning. Agree that this colourway might be difficult to get, probably wait for the value to drop a bit and hope you secure a pair! :)
Definitely a bargain if you can get any V6 at a heavy discount! UK released the Carhartt a few months ago and were sold out at a gradual pace, some sizes are actually still available. Hope you can cop your pair!

Hey, Thanks for the video. I recently bought this pair after watching your review (a bit too late but loved the colorway). I have one issue though, the toe box seems to crease very easily, as if the leather is going to scrape off. Is that so with your pair too?

The toe box on mine is holding up with usual slight creasing from wearing them and definitely not to the extent of flaking off. Perhaps it might be the reaction to the climate/environment you are based and may need some protection spray? UK climate is not as hot and humid. Hope this helps.
