It's a good thing that while MUA Cap looks like Ultimate Cap, he's more in-line with 616 Cap personality-wise and lore-wise. The fact that he's called a "boy scout", "he has more class" than Ultimate Cap ever would as stated from Iron Man when facing Dark Clone Cap, his interactions are more friendly and diplomatic and even heroic (as shown when he's shown to be practical and try to be peaceful instead of being an aggressive brute like when he wants to help Namor), he's faster and has more skills than Ultimate Cap from the comics (his shield charge is one example), and his Bucky survived as the Winter Soldier instead of a normal retired veteran.
I could tell right away that’s the voice of Professor Utonium. It’s pretty much the same voice he does for the bird in the one Powerpuff Girls episode who says “Have I told you about ze birds and ze bees?”.
