We're going to Universal Studios Hollywood and I have been able to keep it a secret from her that the tickets are actually VIP experience tickets.

For anyone unable to find the card that allows you to customize your fencing in the machine in residence services, you have to craft 2 types of fencing first to trigger it appearing in the machine. It took me forever to figure it out thinking my game was glitched.
