I am an USAF veteran. I fish different tours as a Co-Angler (MLF Back of the boat) and as an Angler USA Bassin front of the boat). I am working to become a full time fisherman that fishes a bunch of local tournaments. I am always looking to share my passion with my fellow veterans.
If it was at erie, it was probably a bowfin.. they look exactly like a snake head. If you think it was a walleye or musky.. it could also have been a pike. Sandusky area is full of those devils
you may have missed that dropshot fish because of how you rigged it. if you are going to nose hook use a dropshot hoot and go straight through the bottom and out the top. if you use a straight shank like that thread it like a jighead. coming through the bottom and out the front like that can impeed the hook point
Looks awesome, have heard nothing but good things about the power queens! Keep ya head up, went through medical stuff myself, there's fishing to be done!
Looking good, the only thing that you should do is to put air vents in the livewell lids, I have those in my bass boat been a great help in keeping my fish alive , it's the trapped gases that kill a lot of fish, bubblers are nice but you have to get the gases out as well, tight lines n nice job
i ran to peele in the tin rig for this one. cant say too much about my spot or itll give it away. went there on a hope and a prayer and if i got those fish to fire it would have been a 23 pound bag
That is awesome! I know as a co, we are at the mercy of the boater. I understand that majority of the boaters have secret places and techniques that they wished not to share. This is totally normal. Congratulations on the big bag. Someday I will get there. Thanks for commenting! I appreciate you!
The catwalk is always a good choice. That color is very unique and usually I would not use this color but I will try it out! Thanks for commenting! I appreciate it!
I had the files that were corrupted and I have to redo the video. I worked really hard on the making the video but no joy. Thanks for the reminder and commenting.
Not sure how you guys do it buying all of that tackle. I sat my tackle bag in the corner after becoming disabled over 20 years ago.... I would have no problem using what is in that bag to fish any tournament. The kast I fished was a FLW Tour event on the Potomac, and Ike won it ... I have everything in that bag I need along with my 6 G Loomis Rods and my Metanium reels ... it's about finding the fish. . they will eat anything!
You need to be bigger man Greta video. First time seeing u. I was looking for videos unboxing this because I’m thinking abt getting one. Huge hit one the trace ($35) and even more on the draw ($75). Hope this channel gets bigger.💯💯💯😀😀😀
Age and health play a roll in how well you can handle that grind. If you stay active and spend more time outdoors . You will get more acclimated to the heat . Not feeling well isn’t an excuse . It’s a real obstacle .
You are absolutely right. I have grown to the adjustment of dealing with my health and age in a young persons sport. The heat gets to me quicker than you youngsters! I am just trying to show a positive example. Thank you for your comment!
I provide the struggles that all co-anglers have while being confined to the back of the boat. Most boaters are very understanding on the little amount of new waters the co-anglers have. As a co, you have to fish used water and not all the days are catching fish but a grind. Most pictures on Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms show the struggles of the co. Plus, the co-angling is a great stepping stone to meet people and become part of the community. So what explanation can I show and tell? I can go further if you would like. Thanks for commenting!
Thank you! I will ask my cardiologist on why I sound like Darth after a triple bypass surgery and 20 years of military service. It's ok to poke fun of someone that is behind a screen. You have a nice day, Ma'am.
I am still struggling on this lake but I am learning more and more each time I get out there. Just on the 8th of June 2024, we had some amazing fish showing up at the scales. Grass is my enemy now/still. Thanks for commenting.
@Jason_Emry_Fishing ill be honest brother. I know areas after living 2 minutes tow frow the park. I'm not a fan of grass either. Often I tow East down RT305 25 min to Shenango for my casual angling. Big largest, smallies hybrids.
It definitely didn’t stop you man. You seemed to do great at fishing. I didn’t see it hindering you. I thought maybe you were asmatic or copd but now I know. Keep going man enjoy the time we all have left because we all can be out fishing today and we will never know that it could be our last fishing trip so….. Enjoy your time man.
Those baby ends are pretty good. I’m gonna turn you onto a good bait for our area. I fish mostly the same lake you do. I’ve had very good success on the money, badgers the smaller series.
I fish the Buckeye division. I fish the Thursday nighter on a local lake in the USA Bassin' Ohio division. Good luck to you this year. Keep Grinding!!!
Tell me something...is tanners Creek a no wake zone? I've got a jon boat with a mud motor that runs super shallow (5-6"). I was wanting to put in at the ramp and run the boat upstream for a few miles where there aren't very many people fishing. I idle by fishing boats, but if nobody is around I'd love to get some speed.
Is it worth all that work fishing has started son i been fishinh winter series cumberland every weekend for a 5 weeks just get on that water # LETS GO !!!
Hello Jason, I trust everything is going smoothly. I really enjoyed the video showcasing the haul from Karl's Bait & Tackle. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos soon!
Thanks for commenting! I was working hard on the boat so I would have responded sooner. I really like unboxing the baits from different places. These baits challenge me to use them. I would not normally purchase some of these baits.
Rattlin' Chug Bug, and the Thunder Stick was made by Storm, Bait shown at 3:51 is Strike King Spence Water Scout, Bait shown at 4:58 is a Smithwick Devil's Horse, the Bait shown at 5:42 looks like a Norman bait,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I was working on the boat. There was approximately 50 boats in this tournament. We are always looking for more people to participate. Thank you for commenting!
That takes the fun out of it. Liking your content, though! Your fishing where we do and used to. I used to live next to Caesars and fished it multiple times a week for several years when size limit was 15". My PB is from there - 7 lbs 10 oz and was in one of the Tuesday evening tournaments. Tight lines and Merry Christmas.
I have a lot of ideas but with the economy as bad as it is, its hard for me to just buy all the items to fix the garage. I am doing a little at a time. Thanks for commenting.
We fish out of Big Bone Creek a lot, mainly in the Thursday evening tournaments. Enjoyed the content and seeing other creeks we don't fish as often. Tight lines! We do the USA Bassin, too.
Thank you for commenting. I am working on responding sooner than later. I really enjoy my Thursday tournaments on a local lake. Keep grinding those tournaments!
The golden ticket numbers are drawn on the live stream on Thursday I believe. I no longer work with this company so I am not sure if there is a live or not!
