I hope that the government will finance cattle farms to stop cattle farming and grow a huge variety of native plants to feed Australians. It'll help with climate issues. Thank you, Drew Roberts, for a very clear and concise explanation about the kinship systems that connect and define relationships between Indigenous people across Australia. Your presentation makes me wonder more deeply about the impact of taking children from their country, culture, family and community. It makes me think of the Aboriginal children who are not placed in kinship care by the State, and especially of children, teenagers, and young adults that are warehoused in detention centres and prisons that are far from home.
