Sir, i don't have the first hand experience but few of my known hails there. So, this project has good amenities and surroundings, no doubt shapoorji has done a great job here, but it's Lil overprice. But nevertheless, all projects have rate hyped recently. But with Joyville, you will have great connectivity with Gurgaon centre once the elevated road from Hero Honda Chowk to Pataudi road project and Gurgaon metro is implemented. I see them as great benefits for sec 102 residents, because that's the only sector having direct connectivity with Gurgaon metro in future.
They worked on a design to make an elevated road from Hero Honda Chowk to Pataudi road. But now the metro alignment is also coming there, so it will most likely be a double elevated flyover. Both GMDA and NHAI are working on this new design. Also the land acquisition is not yet completely done on the stretch.
Yes Sanjay sir, i agree with you. But HSVP is still working on land acquisition. There is 5 acre of religious land to be acquired by HSVP for this project
Yes Sir. That's correct. But with the upcoming metro lane coming on this alignment and with the known working history of GMDA and HSVP together, we never know when this design would no longer same. Being the metro line as elevated here, I would suggest to build a double decker flyover.
Recently, the Haryana government formed GMRL for implementing the Gurgaon Metro Extension Project. Soon the tenders will be out and bidders will be selected. I will make a ground progress update video of the new metro alignment next week.
