I feel inclined to say a few bad words here. Using a 4 inch disk grinder on a precision rotor like that, and not covering the exposed bearings during that process??? The possibility of dissimilar metal corrosion has been introduced and i wouldn't expect the knife edge bearings to last long with that kind of treatment. Re-think your engineering practices guys. Seriously.
