Best breaking tutorials on the internet, appreciate you going into so much detail and taking it step by step, especially for the harder moves. Absolute lifesaver for us trying to learn from home, god bless and stay steezy brother 🔥
I remember when I first learned how to windmill in 2002 or 2003. It was such an awesome feeling, it’s one of the most basic but pretty flashy powermove (except for swipes maybe). People can learn so easily these days!! RU-vid would’ve been so handy back in the day.
I started learning all alone, with no internet, no youtube about 24 years ago , now im 37 (only source was limp bizkit music spot and one french movie), no club to join and no friends to dance with on small island in croatia. I loved it so much i danced alone for years. progression was slow and painful, learned as much as i could and i can still remember today the feeling i did my first successful windmill, the feeling was like i was flying! in 2012 i had my hernia operation and couldn't dance anymore, they screwed the operation. i wish i could have videos like this one to learn. Thank you for this! you brought some memories back...
@@dkremeni633 Man this is so heart warming. I am 36 years old. I could say that I am self taught, though the Physical Education Faculty helped to think as a coach and as an athlete. Surely some breaking sessions with more advanced bboys helped the process as well. Injuries etc. can end your athletic career instantly. I had 2 ACL ruptures and I did these two surgeries. These helped me. But now there are wrist injuries that maybe I cannot surpass and I will not follow the surgery process. Injuries are hard. I hope you find Breaking / bboying elements that you can train. Learning without coach like both of us is rough. That's why I try to help younger Athletes, Breaking enthusiasts etc. with these exercises.🙏
@@DimitrisGizmo thank you for responding maybe the biggest mistake I made is not warming up before training, especially wrists and other critical joints. I didn't get hernia from breakdancing though :)
@@habilamouloud8437 I have seen many bboys that can do each move without knowing V-sit or flare. For me strength is easier and less painful to be built. So yes. I learned V-sit and therefore flare was much easier.
Hello dimitris. I'm completely new to breakdancing and these moves. But i want to learn a few of them to keep them in my stash of cool dance moves. Can i practice these exercises as a complete beginner??
I learnt the baby freeze... Writing this in real time. Did a basic general body warm up, then a wrist warm up and then followed a tutorial and BAM... I CAN NOW DO THE BABY FREEZE
@@lakshitatiwari4814 Very nice. What I am trying to explain in this video is turtle freeze. If you can do both turtle freeze and baby freeze, thats good for you!
