This is a amateur video - it does not stop and focus on each EU building's name and functions - as well providing caption on the place it went. EU buildings have many, and each has different economic function. In certain buildings, it contains the subway (metro) station, Starbucks, Paul Cafe or Carrefour Express (where viewers, said in a rainy day can seek shelter at the said eateries). In my view, this video likes a youngster who happened just got a new video recorder and went wild on the street.
