I recommend doing the eccentrics slower (counting atleast for 3 seconds, pausing in the MOST stretched position). Especially in the tricep exercises you should try to let the weight in your hand touch your shoulder or atleast get as far as you possibly can without pain. Same with the biceps -> let your elbows straighten fully. That way you maximize hypertrophy. Otherwise nice workout! With the bicep exercises

@@Love_And_Light1111 during a cut I do 4 days of cardio at about 20 minutes during a bulk which is what I’m doing now I do maybe one day or none at all lol 😂

@@Love_And_Light1111 prob won’t put pounds I don’t even know what I lift weight wise 😆 I just do what feels right but most of all my workouts are 4 sets of 8-12 reps nearly everytime every workout but yes I can def put reps and sets
