I like the house, but i don't like the hugh lot in front of the house. It looks like they can build town houses ETC, and that will destroy the value of the home. Not good.
There is a house being built on that lot currently. All lots in the area are zones single family, so no worries about that! Thank you for your comment.
Can't really tell if the home is nice or not since I don't have the ability to slow down time and your video is unwatchable. Oh well... On to the next one.
It's not that the price is laughable. Its that someone actually bought this for $2.59M that is laughable. This is going to be that persons single greatest regret in life. Don't get me wrong. It's a really nice house, but even $1.5M makes no sense. This will be a $750k build on a $250k lot in a couple of years.
So, there is a tear down around the corner listed for $650K with a nice basin view and even quicker access. This home can be constructed for no more than $1.1M right now, maybe less. It's nice, but does not have 10' sliders or a 'picture window' pool cage to take advantage of that view. $1M is a huge premium for 15 to 18 months construction time.
@@christineblasses Congratulations, but to be fair that is MUCH more house. My comment still stands, 5025 Sorrento can be reproduced for ~$1M less than the asking price.

Given the updates and amenities this house was very fairly priced. Cape Coral must provide way more value than Naples. I saw a home there for $1.75 mil and not nearly as nicely appointed as this one with it's exceptional fit and finishes.
