@@EsotericWarriorOnline fooked , but I have been working on my neck and atlas , small improvements on pain management I found a way to stretch and massage the deeper muscles as my head has been immobile for 6 years now , but I have hope , if this works on my neck I'll write a book about that.
Just an observation; your appreciation of the hammer fist (by the way nice video on it) is also shared by other martial artists. Eddie Quinn a British Silat practitioner, Christophe Clugston who has a varied and interesting bio and the art of KLM which (between you and me) is just a re-discovery of monkey boxing. If I could add to the wish list I would ask for training on this technique or others from the ground up. How it's done, power generation, targets and how to work them into a real encounter (from punches to kick and take downs) counters to if attacked by it, footwork. In my experience with online/dvd training is that most try to do far too much in what they present. The best and those that I have learned from are those that have smaller, most specific goals from the start. And go over that one thing in as much detail as possible. A subject such as the hammer fist would be perfect. I was able to read the US Army report on changing and updating their hand to hand combat training program. The major takeaway was that under pressure the most advanced and highly trained soldier could remember and use 3-5 techniques under high stress and fatigue. Less trained struggle to use 3 under those conditions. Even for a trained martial artist I believe the same applies. if one had to fight in a high stress situation - perhaps surprised or had a few drinks. It is better to learn a few techniques and practice them over and over in many situations if you really desire to have something to use "on the street'. Mr Lee said as much when he said "I fear a man who practiced one move a thousand times more than one who knows a thousand who practiced each one once" I paraphrase - sorry. I really enjoy your content.

The iron snake book will be massive, its on hold a lot is done, but a lot isn't, since its a massive book we need a lot of time and energy, so we dont burn out we chose smaller books but important books like Bak Mei and WY book on primordial chaos poetry. Kuan Yin Sunn Yee gong Is next than onto finishing bp books soon tan ging, and healing books....lots to do but its rewarding saving all this stuff...tao bless John.
