That’s just fighting game neutral in a nutshell, depending on the fighting game dictates how aggressive you can be, I don’t know much about this game but it always seemed a little more defensive and not crazy aggressive, yeah there’s some cool combos and Okis but It’s not like DBFZ where everyone is cracked out 😂
@@SlipknotEnjoyer666 I know what neutral is I'm just baffled as to why the neutral of this game is so... Well, it looks like old samsho, and that game had reasons to be slow
@@ryans6016 It looks boring, its kinda weird, I don't think I've seen games in recent years where players have to be so defensive in a game with low damage
@@AmalviplsI’m gonna be real with you chief this games damage is not low. Not with characters like Nier, Siegfried, and Beatrix in it. This game is also way more aggressive than the vanilla game with the addition of running attacks and ult skills. Also this match up is super in 2B’s favor because she out-neutral’s Percival like crazy. Tororo is the best Percival in the world and even here he’s on the back foot super often. So he has to play defensive especially with 2B who is basically not playing. The same game as the rest of the cast.
Saw this from Diaphone's perspective. This is the match that sent him to the Losers' bracket. He then got to Grand Finals... Only to fight Fuselit again and lose 1 - 3. Fuselit making Vaseraga look like a proper menace.
Why do people who are really good at this game keep spot dodging against ABelial's meter burn rekka? Seems like they always get blown up for it, but if you block it you're just fine. Is it cuz they're used to spot dodging other meter burn moves and they see the blue?
A lot of neutral skip ultimate moves can actually be spot dodge Punished, so it becomes muscle memory to just try to do that. Soriz's and Ladiva's 236U, for example, can be spot dodged and c.L Punished.
Rank doesn’t necessarily mean objective best (though can of sprite is extremely good at narm) I’m the #2 ranked Katalina but I probably wouldn’t be as good as if Gamera or Tororo decided to pick her up on a whim
This match up is definitely for Beatrix and driven by Gamera is a monster, Shosan did very well performance to pair them with Zeta. Improvising in middle of a match is skill for very few ones
this matchup isnt "definitely" Bea favoured. Zetas 236x has a hitbox at her feet so Bea cant just 22x it for a free punish and Zeta has better normal buttons for neutral and her counter is good at dealing with Beas pressure other than her 22x. All of these things were on showcase in this match, and these are two top top tier players. Bea probably is favoured in the matchup but its like a 6-4 at most.
@@fjoslarz789 Zeta's 236x has a hit box and guess what, Bea doesn't have only 22x, has a projectile, and faster than Zeta's one. 236x from Zeta is very simple and direct and that is more easy to lecture at distance. And her projectile doesn't help much in that scenario vs Bea, you saw it. Her counter... From all the times Shosan did counter I remember only one hit from Gamera that landed in the armor, and that was because Gamera was in the corner. From both characters definitely Bea has more tools to close the gap, has dive kick is safe on shield, has fast and low projectile versions, has a special hits low. And if Zeta wants to close frome above... Bea has DP reversal. In this match up Zeta can only be aggressive in openings, that's why most of the time Shosan was on defense mode, waiting and waiting the time, a mistake from Gamera.
