Akwakuma, Orji and Naze are all Owerri North while Obinze and World Bank are Owerri West. So, they're not part of Owerri Municipal which is the state capital they're are just developing alongside with it.

Yes as you rightly said, Owerri a beautiful and happening city it's, it supposed to have dirty/slum reserve that will accommodate mad people like you. So it is not that bad to have a dirty/slum place because of people like you.
