I think you made this wrong. Being wattery at all means that you didnt mixed this long enough. I made this two days ago. Two yolks, one spoon of sugar, one cocoa. And i mixed this in enclosed manual mixer... by i think AN OUR. And it was so thick that if I turned the container upside down, I would have to wait a good 10-15 seconds for it to start pouring out. As a child, I was always instructed by my parents that the longer I mixed it, the tastier it would be. So to this day I see it as a great lesson in hard work and patience.
Could you please try Milosek? I know my family changed the spelling when they arrived to New York but is there possibly a version that may be similar to this name?

W dokumentach na studiach w Bolonii Kopernik ma wpisaną narodowość niemiecką, od strony matki wszyscy to niemcy z Wittenbergii chciaż ojciec mógł być polakiem ale już zgermanizowanym. I wish I went to Polish school when we came to the United States. I feel so disengaged from my culture and event my family back in Poland. I am hoping to reintegrate Polish back into my life, so thank you for your videos.

Thank you so much. Though I am a Canadian, my grandparents came from Poland after WW1. I've often wondered about Poland...knowing I have relatives there who I've never met. I often wonder what my life would've been like there! I have a strange emotional connection that is leading me to research more and learn more of my roots and heritage. Such a beautiful anthem! @Kim Have you ever thought of doing some geneology for your Polish side? For long time I felt as you did and this year I traced my family back centuries to a small Polish village. The Roman Catholic church keeps excellent birth records in Poland
