Thank you for your words. I've worked on changing my body and some people have hated on me...but I'm 51 and at an age now where I could care less. I do it for me. I don't let others dim my love and light. I haven't felt this good since my 20's. I'm being noticed. You don't sugarcoat when you give advice and people need that.

I was at the Gym a couple of weeks ago and 2 Latina girls were stretching when I walked in. You can tell they were attracted to me but acted so hard to hide it. They would walk in front of me to get my attention and I would just ignored them. 20 min later they took the Leg Press machine I was using when I went for a drink. I asked them if we could share the machine because I just had 1 set left. One girl rudely said “No, Thank You” out loud for the whole gym to hear lol. I know they were upset that I didn’t give them attention therefore in their head I rejected them 😂
Lost 46LBS thanks to your videos on body game. Actually started my journey after watching your videos a few months ago, in April. I'm at 20% body fat, but the more and more I get to my 12% goal, the more benefits I see, in every aspect of life.
I've noticed this too. I look at the "Sigma" movement as a bunch of guys who have given up trying to relate to women and act like their purpose is more important than forming a relationship(or even having sex with) a female. It's kind of like that "you're not breaking up with me, I'm breaking up with you thing". And you can see in all of their videos that they hate women and give off a vibe of resentment because most likely they were rejected. It's so transparent.

Out of all the dudes Ive seen working out, like 5% of them are actually in shape AND have their body game on point and I got nothing but respect for them. Like you said , that energy speaks for itself so they dont have to say anything
Once I got muscle muscle and all these tattoos mainly the neck and face I can literally sense when a dude is intimidated by me and Everytime I go out females be checking me out even in front of they boyfriends it’s crazy how muscle and tattoos can get you so far ahead in the game I’d argue you don’t even need a solid mouthpiece

I agree Abdil People look at me different. They talk to me different They act different. More women look at me More talk and flirt with me. My strength is growing. The amount of weight i lift. The better sleep I get. The more energy i have. Its awesome. I also notice people who interact with me before i got back to the gym. Dont really talk to me anymore. And im ok with that. Its about me. It’s interesting, I think the bigger you get the more intimidating you are. I think the behavior changes once you get really strong/lean. The “juiced” look although your natural. From my experience I think I trigger a fear response more than anything. Girls don’t compliment me anymore they will just stare. It’s wierd.
