What makes you think an AI can't be used for research? You can ask it to summarise any large text. You can ask it questions about any aspect of the Bible, etc. Google provides an AI summary at the top of its search results nowadays anyway 😅
AI is never used for research....Google is used for research but AI isnt.....AI preachers can now spend more time like actors...memorize their lines and add more entertainment 😂😂

Thank you-- I did not know about the app churches can use. I know people talk about reaching the younger generations through technological means, but even my elderly mother wants our church to beef up its technology because our poor sound system makes for a lousy online presence. When she must stay home on a Sunday, she's taken to finding other churches with clear auditory output and good visuals for reading the lines of prayer and lyrics. Granny ain't no fool!

Be very careful with this organisation. In our case, they tempted us in by saying they had never had an application rejected, took our money, passed us from person to person, and when our application was rejected, refused to accept blame or give even a partial refund. Proceed with caution.

In any successful application, the client is responsible for providing the information the Charity Commission requests, we cannot create this information, it must come from the client. I liked the video but I would have loved to have had the advice from a qualified mortgage broker who deals with properties and mortgages. It seems that Alex is an Estate Agent for commercial properties but I would like to hear from a broker who deals with properties day in and day out, to see the procedure. If you already have your accounts in order and Alex helps to find the property, then you'd need the mortgage adviser to find the mortgage, no? Also I would like to know about raising funds to to improve the Church, if you already have your own building.

The only issue with government backed funding is the criteria and eligibility. Two types of funding from the government is security and covid-19 influences. Unless the strict criteria is met there is no way to apply, especially for small or growing ministries.
