Congrats on getting to 1000! It was a fun challenge just didn’t work out as good as I planned. Just got my video put up. Hopefully I made it in before the cutoff.
Even if it’s just 1 out of a thousand, I’m sure you would eat your words if it was your vehicle that was broken into… so before making a irresponsible comment, think before you type, happy Saturday 🙃
@@rickcrawford2137 4 percent of all break-ins in the US are non destructive meaning the door was left unlock , someone let them in, unlocked window, they had a key , or the lock was picked only 1 percent of that 4 percent was locks being picked so it is way less than 1 in a thousand sir and maybe it's the lock companies that need to stop being complacent and we as consumers need to stop allowing them to be
Hi New House Lock and Key, could you give me an estimate in hours for the deadline? I started working on a video for both entries, but this will probably one of my longer videos.
#TheLocationChallenge 🤔 i'll see if i can bring a lock and my pocket knife picks to my local park this morning and do a little picking. Filming the ordeal will be a problem though 😅
Good Picking again. One that has given me problems and i would like to see you try is the Kwikset Smart Key Lock. Or are you like me and require a Smart Key Reader?
@@johnfalk6955 I bypass the knobs and if the deadbolts locked a find another door or drill and offer a used non smart key deadbolt for $10 the smart keys are difficult because of how they are set up you have to be able to put pressure on the side bar
@@newhouselockandkey, I've had the same problem. I did find a neat Decoder that goes in the Keyhole and You Decode It by reading each place on Your Cell Phone. It is an Awesome Tool. I'll have to look it up again to find the Name and Manufacturer.
@@BrandonsRU-vidChannel I don't blame you I blame McNally but I am so tired of these comments if the lock has ball bearings the lock can not be opened by smacking it
You're fine like I said I don't blame you at all the issue is that McNally doesn't educate his viewers properly I do appreciate you taking the time to watch my video and comment tho
It seems like you are using the tool upside down. The screw is there to limit the stroke of the needle, which shows the stroke is towards the screw. You will likely have to adjust this stroke for every lock. With more practice, you might be able to open all the locks in the video without much effort.
The cheap Harbor Freight locks that look like that are completely unpickeable after about 3 months in the weather. After that even the key won't work. 🤣
@@crazymazing1547 I understand and I think that is part of the issue you would believe how many times I get why didn't you just hit it with another lock or a hammer ECT... Because McNally doesn't actually explain that
my tension tool keeps slipping out. as if I can't git it in enough to get a grip. but bottom of the key way wont give me enough room to single pin pick. 😑😑
