A register I have access to. Obviously this is not your area of expertise. However, do you really think all those stained glass windows ornate covings, windows, doors, ceiling roses would be still there in a house with just a fence around it ? If you do , you've no idea what lengths people will go to in order to strip a place like that. Many people have called BS on this being in Ireland. The one thing everyone who claims to know where it is has in common, is that not one can identify the location. Like I said it would be on the register if it was in Ireland and it's not. My cousins wedding video from 1975 shows the accommodation painted nice vibrant colours. Their is a utube video taken from a plane over the sea of the hotel in 1967 and the plane was able to land beside the pool
Abandoned houses always look like they are still in good condition from the outside, but sadly when you step inside, it's just falling to pieces with rot and decay!
I'd say there were some great parties held at these.... Remember them well, one went then another then another, use to see groups going in and out at night a lot then going off on the bus..... The running water was ridiculous though, they should have all been turned off out at the road but then I guess people turned back on to use toilets. Love looking at the changes but I'm shocked at what's replaced them..... Shoe boxes stacked on top of one another and right out onto the crazy busy N11 and then the M50 not far the other side..... Nuts

They belonged to the history and cultural heritage of Ireland. They were built by Irish craftsmen. The people who lived in them were born and reared in Ireland no one had the right to destroy them.
There was a mansion here where I live that was covered in green vines even worse than this one. I drove by it for 30 years most every day and thought why doesn't someone fix it up. One day ten or so years ago a local builder bought it and restored it to it's former glory. It is one of the top homes in my area now. In fact it might look better now than it did when new it is that amazing!

Then go to their new address and ask why they left a cheese sandwich in their fridge before they sold and left their old house. Man if you make vids like that I'm subbing. Also should I try find out about the lives of the homeless people who were staying there and all the lads who looted and set stuff on fire?
