This is from after 2009. There were no RTVD idents from after 2009 until when this was posted. Person who made this doesn't have ideas for those things at the moment but we assure that making those will be soon as possible.
@@n0ah_p1ll0r Correct! Our station is actually the appearance of the building seen on this ident. It was originally in construction from 1988-1989 until finally opening after the re-inaugural of our network.

TV Cidade was a franchise that later conjoined into RTVD, TV Oeste is a local branch affiliate of RTVD from Aruaba, a city south central west of Devligger that has around 72K people living there.
