Snowdonia is not for the faint-hearted. Make no mistake, it is challenging. If you are ill , have bad weather, or darkness descends, you need to get off the mountain. Live to fight another day!
You were very lucky starting this scramble so late in the day. It's a very dangerous route when darkness falls. Glad the weather was kind to you; it's another story when there is real snow, and or more than a brisk wind!
Obsessed by this beautiful view, you definitely got the best shots.I admire the considerable extra work you put into this. Thanks for enriching our lives by sharing a beautiful pieces of yours.
@@sinity_official Definitely going to be going back so I will try the water when I do. To be honest I should’ve asked Naj about the water situation before going haha we live and learn !
@@onlyhike :) you do that. He will surely ask me for more info :) Anyway, the Kluže fort area (actually whole Soča valley), was one of the most impacted areas of 1st WW, you can read more about it here : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battles_of_the_Isonzo. It is not uncommon to still find remains of the war, like shells etc.
