What do you do when the State created a bare trust and fails to deliver title when the beneficial owner becomes of age of majority? I've sent the notice and demand to deliver all titles, but am waiting for the state trustees to respond.
@24revealer, I am sorry to hear that you are dealing with this situation. Unfortunately, the Florida Bar Rules prevent me from providing specific legal advice on social media. Generally, however, a trustee owes the beneficiary of the trust fiduciary duties to comply with the terms of the trust. If this issue continues, then I suggest you contact an experienced trust law attorney as soon as possible. Thank you for watching and for the question! All the best to you!
If an attorney and the executrix knowingly filed fraudulent documents of material misrepresentation in court, lied and mislead the heirs, court and judge on the sale of a real estate asset of the estate, didn’t follow the judge’s order confirming the sale, then took a higher court ruling and altered and manipulated it to again, mislead the judge, court and heirs this time to take money from another case!
@freedomovertyranny1512, Wow. It sounds like you've experienced an incredibly difficult situation. I hope you and your family are ok. Thank you for watching. All the best to you!
@thenosepicker, I can't believe the news today! I thought the boys from Ireland really loved the name. Now, I don't know how long I can sing this song. Seriously, though, Sunday, Bloody Sunday is one of my favorite U2 songs. Thank you for watching and the fun comment!
As a victim of wrongful termination I can definitely agree with everything said in the video. My case was settled out of court and the experience from the whole ordeal was stressful.
@ClassySexy82, I am sorry you had to experience that situation, but happy to hear it is behind you now. Thank you for watching and for the comment! All the best to you!
Haven’t used this law firm but I own a business and I’m glad tortious interference is a law. There’s a lot of scammer clients who purposely try to interfere with contracts in nefarious ways to try to avoid getting paid. It’s an important and good law
@charlesg7926, Thank you for watching and for the comment. I agree; tortious interference is an important and necessary body of law for protecting business interests. All the best to you!

To bad this doesn't work against these fraudster mortgage companies. Judges don't care nothing about the fraud because they know what's going on.But they get paid to rule against those on florida foreclosure hearings. Even when all the evidence Even with supreme court case law.
Apparently there is a huge market to denegrate some one mostly a good woman to infer that they are crazy. Alienation of love and affection between mother and children, maliciously and purposely all for money... Buddy. Evil
I love how this can apply to jobs. Job offers are always contracts after all (correct me if I am wrong). I am currently suing my former employer for fraudulent inducement and misrepresentation of my entire job. When I discovered this and brought it to HR’s attention, especially me not getting the proper salary, I was retaliated against and wrongfully fired. They fished on my social media for a reason to fire me (I have screenshot proof of this fishing), and I can easily prove the reason is false (a pretext, in other words). Usually, when there’s pretext, something more sinister is lurking underneath. Let me tell you that I hope to never have to work a day in my life again if the damages are high, and I can’t see why they wouldn’t be. The evidence I have is clear and convincing, my past employer is a private medical pathology group (multi-million dollar annual revenue with 50 doctors plus administrative employees), emotional distress is extremely high because I can’t get a job in my field at all unless I go for a Master’s, and then the punitive damages. Oh, and I believe fraud can carry criminal penalties if proved in civil court. That alone can be used as a bargaining chip during settlement. I’m not settling unless the amount is close to 2.5 million bucks. Otherwise, they should prepare to be embarrassed in front of a jury.
I gotta ask what about false promises or signing an agreement to stay with a company and they don’t hold up their end of the agreement after the time that was stated on the agreement is up?
@ashytowncrooks1, I hope this isn't a situation you are currently facing. If it is, then I am sorry for your trouble. Unfortunately, the Florida Bar Rules prevent me from providing specific legal advice on social media. Generally, however, both written and verbal contracts are enforceable in Florida. In an employment setting, Florida is an at will state, meaning an employer can generally terminate an employee for any reason. A standard exception to this is if the employee had an employment agreement that guaranteed employment through a certain date. If you are facing an issue with an employer/former employer, then I suggest you contact an experienced employment law attorney as soon as possible. Thank you for watching and for the question! All the best to you!

Thank You so very much, I know he willed me the livestock and resources to take good care of them. As well as All personal effects. The Step kids from his ex wife filed a quick sale on my property he willed to me, dated the day Gordon Wayne Jones Sr passed away. Also James Brett Stricklands new wife falsified her name stating her last name was Jones with a lowercase j. I researched and Discovered that James Brett Strickland of Melrose recently acquired a new Alia’s stating his last name is Campbell. Brett’s wife Brandy works for the Sheriffs department in Melrose Florida. I am so very grateful to be alive today, my son and I endured many near death experiences in 2023. It was not natural. Neither is my elders death. Can you please for the sake of everything sacred and holy, direct me to the proper channels to right these many wrongs. Gordon Wayne Jones Sr used the property at 145 Powerline Rd Melrose Florida 32666 As collateral to bond my son out of Jail. He would Never do a quick sale on this property the day he passed away. They put a lot out of order pertaining to our very large family. They have refused to give me any information on his Will. They did not contact me when he crossed over and got rid of my horses. Please 🙏 Gordon Wayne Jones Sr is the best of the best, Marine Vet, Supervisor in the Union 55 years and the most honorable elder you would ever be blessed to know. I drove from California to Melrose and spent several months a year with him helping him with the house, land and doing repairs. All my love was to help him be healthy with good longevity. Not once did the step kids come by, I have not met them in person. Any help or referrals you may be able to help with would be greatly appreciated! Thank You so very much. I am grateful.

My mother was influenced by my brother in 2019 years ago to change her trust. I have found a copy and it adversely affects me by about $300k. She basically signed the new trust without fully understanding it (just a few weeks after returning home from stroke rehab). Today, she has fully recovered and wants to change it back to the previous trust, where all 3 children benefit equally. She has been diagnosed with mild dementia, but is very cognitive and very capable. I am unsure which direction to take. Can she amend this back to the prior trust? Should she create a new trust? Or do I have to pursue undue influence? Any suggestions you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
@Paulk9985, That is upsetting to hear, and I am sorry that your mother, and other family members, are having to deal with this situation. Unfortunately, the Florida Bar Rules prevent me from providing legal advice on social media. Generally, if an adult is mentally competent, then they can create or amend estate planning. If your mother is located in Florida and would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to call my office at (407) 777-8541. Thank you for watching and all the best to you!

Hi thank you for the information. Question, what happens when a PR Has had extension after extension from the probate court But never respond and hasn't given an accounting On anything .
My brother did this with my mom. My mom had a stroke and mild dementia. He isolated my mother from everyone in the family and took over all her financial accounts telling her we were all against her. He revoked my POA then used his to steal from her and also have her Will changed. She said if she didn’t do what he would say he would be really mean and yell at her, she said she was scared. He made her depend on him for all her care. He’s a very sick person. But I have a good lawyer and I’m not letting him get away with it. Pray for me that good wins over evil. 🙏🙏♥️♥️
@lynneposada8631, That is a very difficult situation you and your family are dealing are going through. I wish you all the best! Thank you for watching!
How's the litigation going any updates? In the same boat just getting started the process---not sure if our "very experienced" probate lawyer is as convinced my sister did have serious undue influence over our father~as we are!
My brother just did this. He just came back into my moms life after she started becoming ill. Took over everything. All her care and bank accounts. Took my POA and revoked it. Made himself a new one, changed the Will leaving everything to him and isolating my mom won’t let her speak to anyone in the family. She’s been telling me he’s having her sign all kinds of things and she has no clue what it is. She has to do what he says or he gets very angry at her. It’s unbelievable my own brother is doing this. My mom always wanted everything 50/50
@lynneposada8631, I am very sorry to learn of the difficult situation you and your family are dealing with. While I cannot give specific legal advice over social media, I do suggest you contact a probate and trust litigation attorney as soon as possible. @@BloodworthLawPLLC thank you I appreciate your response. I love your videos. I have an attorney and have been collecting a lot of evidence. Fortunately for me my brother isn’t very smart and has left me a lot of texts telling me I can’t see my mom and threatening me. I have videos of my mom telling me everything him and his girlfriend are doing and how they are having people over her house and making her sign things and not letting her read them and telling her they’re in a hurry. He’s completely taken EVERYTHING. My lawyer says I have a good case for undue influence. I hope he’s right. I just don’t want my evil brother and his girlfriend to get away with what they are doing. I wish I could help my mom now but she’s too scared of my brother to speak out against him. She said he yells and screams at her and he made sure he took over all her money, medications, Dr appointments, all her care. He stopped letting me do anything. All by design. I’m in Ohio though but wish I was in Fla because I would love to use you for my attorney. 😊thanks again
@lynneposada8631, I am glad to hear that you are represented and moving the case forward! And, thank you for the complement. It's great to know my videos are helping people! All the best to you!
@alphacharlie65ms, I am sorry to hear about the situation you are facing. I suggest you contact a trust litigation attorney as soon as possible. If you are located in Florida, please feel free to contact my office to discuss your situation. Best of luck to you, and thank you for watching!
You need evidence to support that and to make a claim. Without that it’s just ether. Conversion, fraud, and other forms of financial crimes need to be reported
Hi @user-um9sl1kj6u, Thanks for watching and for the comment! You are correct; you must prove your conversion claim with admissible evidence. Proving your claims with admissible evidence is required in all civil lawsuits. All the best to you!
If the husband dies without a will and the wife is the survivor and has one child ( 17 now) from a prior relationship and the husband that passed has one child ( 25 now ) from a prior marriage. The husband had owned a home with his wife. What happens to their home. Does the wife inherits it at 100 percent ?
@Lovely-hb5vj, I am sorry if the person that passed was close to you. While I cannot give legal advice over social media, I can say that the situation you described is governed by Florida Statutes. When someone dies without a will it is called intestate. Florida Statute Sections 732.101-.109 contain Florida's intestate statute. Additionally, Florida Statute Section 732.401 explains what happens to a homestead when a spouse dies without a will. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact my office. Thank you for watching!
