I want to try it. You would think it would be more popular. Everyone runs on hype. I think the fact that they are coming up with flankers with the same base DNA, but people complain about redundancy. I don't think having the somewhat same base DNA with a twist on each one.
yeah its is nice, to me t reminds me of boadicea legend its cousin. or u know i guess because of the powdery its a unique powdery scent and all of what you described in the video as well
I’ve been debating about pulling the trigger on this for a couple months. I have had 2 bottles of RDHP15 and it is close to being a signature scent for Me but it’s so regal, I can’t wear it too much. Thank you for this in-depth review. You helped make a decision.

Hey man, this an old post but I have to ask, is it true that this fragrance smells "poopy" (according to some people)? I've heard mixed opinions and that it's not for everyone and I can understand that. I love the smell of real oud and it's a smell I grew up around. I've been planning on buying a 100ML bottle of NL once it's back in stock, and wanted to see different opinions on it. I honestly doubt that it smells like pure sh** but idk I guess some people's noses are just different.

Some are used to synthetic Agarwood type scents that come off as medicinal. Then they smell real good Oud and they’re turned off by it. I personally use the term “barnyard” to describe an Oud with that scent profile.

If I remember what I read correctly, this is the most popular Fzotic. I like it a lot -- I really like vetiver and disagree that it's as simple as you repeatedly say (while simultaenously listing "clean, smoky, earthy, dusty"....!) I think Vetiverissimo is a bit more linear than I expected and would prefer, but it is really great and doesn't need my caveats.
@@dev6220 Baby Powder no way. A little sweet just no way powdery. Fragrance is subjective and everyone’s skin is different. Always best to test before making an expensive impulse purchase.

Straight Men can if you choose to wear what you like. With that said it leans Feminine Floral. My Wife wears this a lot! Great scent! I do recommend sampling first….

George! My goodness! The dry down is absolutely spectacular! You know. In the Black Halfeti Rose review I wondered how you were going to top that. Your Rose and Jasmine dominant fragrances are on another level! Keeping the magic Zaharoff DNA with what I would consider three challenging notes of Jasmine, Gardenia and Ylang and making it an absolutely gorgeous spicy creation. I received my bottle scuffed as well. I didnt mind it too much but I'll try to polish it like you said. This one is a unique scent i just wish it was $120. That would help it get way more positive responses. I paid to mainly help support curly. She turned me on to great fragrances. I thought fatale smelled like a combination of spicebomb and layton but when i combined them it wasnt close.lol but that combination was amazing. I recommened trying it
This is not the experience I have with her fragrance. I think it is awful and I tried to post a 1 star review and she is removing bad reviews from her site. Here is my review: This is a strange review to write because I see all the other reviews that are raving about how amazing this fragrance is, but that is not my experience. I have over 80 fragrances, I’m not a noob here. And I do prefer something complex in a scent. I have watched Curly’s videos and found a lot of scents that I love because of her. But I also don’t always agree with her taste. However I have smelled fragrances that just aren’t for me but realize others may like them. This scent however I find to be terrible. So I really do question what exactly I received versus what everyone else has received. I received my bottle 11 days after ordering. That is way too long for shipping by the way. Bottle is scuffed like everyone else’s. The Sprayer is amazing, I will note that, awesome sprayer. But I first put the bottle to my nose and went ewwwww. I sprayed on paper first. It was a strange citrus smell that was not pleasant and didn’t get any better. So I did try on skin. MUCH different on the skin. But it was very floral to me, not boozy like others have said. Definitely not masculine, completely feminine. And it didn’t change in the dry down. It stayed floral, very floral. Lasted maybe four hours until it faded away. I just don’t understand how my experience is so much different from everyone else reviewing this. It’s like I have different juice in my bottle than others. So I cannot rate this high at all. What I have is terrible and not what was advertised. And it doesn’t last anyway. The sprayer is good, only positive thing I can honestly say about it. I’ve been disappointed with fragrances before but this was the worst. I feel completely cheated.
Fragrance is very subjective. Not every fragrance is for everyone. The only problem I have with hyped releases is the availability of testers not available. In many cases there are blind buys some are successful and some are not. Unfortunately in your case you weren’t Satisfied. Your review is not bad it’s a natural reaction when one’s product is negatively criticized. Being there is a lot of animosity towards the “successful” reviewers the right of that person deleting negative comments is theirs. There are plenty of fragrances you can enjoy you can always sell yours at a discounted price. There will be plenty of buyers. Thank you for checking out my review. Happy Friday!
Due to QC issues you might have gotten something different in the bottle, what you describe lacks any base notes. I personally wouldn't blindly buy an influencer fragrance at that price, definitely not the first launch. I also have heard it described as having something reminiscent of spice bomb, which I don't consider DNA worthy of that price.
I picked this up and here’s my opinion and what happened to lead me to this conclusion. I had the original Goodmans for reference but sold it a couple of years back, the fragrance was always great almost creamy orange to simplify what I got from it but with terrible performance. Upon first spray of the limited edition I immediately got Goodmnans plus some stank off the top like coriander or civet that gives it a lot more umph and staying power and that stank quickly dies off within 10 minutes as you said. I love it and the performance is so much better than Goodmans. I noticed that right before this was released Goodmans was supposedly discontinued and had disappeared from their website prior to this release. Right after I purchased this I happened to notice that Goodmans popped back up on their website which I thought was a mistake but I quickly ordered it to see if they would actually ship it seeing as all the rumors were it would be gone. Well I received it and my fears are confirmed that the “limited edition” was limited in presentation only and Roja has reworked Goodmans to get more longevity as the new bottle of Goodmans I received is exactly the same as the limited edition now and it is fully available on their website once again. I’m not too happy about this but wanted to share my experience as this in a lot of ways is another Manhattan situation.
Man, I feel you. I also make fragrance videos and it is just so different when you make your own. You look at other content makers so differently. you see the work that goes into it. Great review, thank you! On my skin it is so beautiful! I love florals, this feels so exotic, so pleasantly intoxicating, I can't stop sniffing my wrist )). I saw some negative reviews on Fragrantica about how Roja could come up with this and so on. I am a woman and on my skin it opens beautifully! It is floral, the combination of Jasmin and Ylang is divine in here, it reminds me slightly Semi bespoke 25 that is one of my favorites from master Roja. Love, love, love!

I get a lot of booze, nutmeg, some oriental spice and a touch of comforting florals.. it's quite unisex imo. I actually love the scent. Doesn't smell like anything I have in my collection I have over 50 frags; Niche designer indie niche etc... and it doesnt smell like anything that was released in the past 5yrs. Signature scent worthy. However, i cant see myself dropping a constant 250 every year 😅... maybe $140 going forward. I think everyone has a scuffed bottle.
Just received my bottle and it was scuffed more than urs. Not sure if its hitting the inside box while shipping or if its before packaging. I love the smell. I thought it was manly but with a unique sweetness to it that i wasnt sure if it was the vanila nutmeg or neroli. But it was nice. Different than anything i have. I thought it might be like spicebomb and layton mixed but i sprayed those and it wasnt close. But those two mixed was very nice.
It’s all depends on the post office and trough who, they throw this packages some times and any movement inside the box is like a sand paper scrubbing, this is why the back of the bottle is perfect and front was scrubbing against paper box

First of all I'm happy you enjoy the fragrance indeed that is what counts the most🥰 That is actually what people are going to enjoy but I'm heartbroken to see how the bottle looks like😔 I did my best to get everything perfect. Atomized sprayer. Cap that clicks into place and is heavy. Logo on the cap Nice box. Top qiality juice from Chris Carbonnel. But I see the paint got scuffed up in the box or something. I really wanted a bottle for you that you can be proud of to have in your collection💔 Other than that😃 soooo happy you enjoy it and get ready for the compliments😉
And most of this guy fragrances are mediocre according to fragrantica. There is no way you charge $250 for this. Nothing in this says its worth $250 because things like atomizer, cap, bootle, box are cheapies, maybe its that juice? I don't think so because juice is also not so expensive in mass production like with all fragrances but high price supports famous name which you don't have because you are a no name youtuber in fragrance world. Your perfumer got the job done, you paid him for it and thats it, the rest is up to you how much you will sell this for but surely your army of simps would get this even if it costs $400. Quoting you from instagram post "Back when I couldn't afford any Xerjoff fragrances" so i made my own fragrance more expensive than most Xerjoff fragrances, LMAO

It seems as if many people are getting scuffed bottles, perhaps if it was packed better so that it doesn't move around in the box so much. I noticed that when I received mine today but the actual box to the cologne is small in dimension so why such a significantly huge box 🤔

True but when you display it in your collection you want it to look perfect. I noticed Abdul Samad Quarashi the paint rubbed off on my bottle completely in some areas...it matters but I keep mine in the box

What do you think of the dry down? I love the opening, wish it lasted longer on me. (At some times a bit hard to hear you over the background music, btw. I can do it, just takes a little more work than ideal. Keep posting!)
Hi! Thanks for checking out my first impressions video! Dry down is nice. Quite Balsamic. A bit earthy. The Musk balances the earthiness or greenness from the Coffee Beans.
