If you operate at a deficit when properties have increased, with the population of higher income families than before, and you still can’t get budget surpluses, what is going on? As a courier who works almost exclusively in SB, downtown is already the most challenging place to work in the area, less access for motor vehicles makes this more difficult, & more frustrating. Not only for me, but for my customers, and I have to pay the price.
