Thanks to video, when we on the song (which our example is the 3 item for that service plan) the midi cues work with G-1 and that number slide we choose with velocity, that all works. What doesn't work is the F-1 velocity 1, selecting the first playlist, and f#-1 velocity 3, which will select the third item. Any help, or thoughts. Thanks
We had this issue on one of our computers during setup. These steps seemed to resolve it. 1 - Close Propresenter 2 - Disconnect from your tracks device in midi network setup 3 - Confirm "Who may connect to me" is set to "Anyone" (I had skipped this step on the computer with problems during the initial setup) 4 - Reconnect to your tracks device 5 - Open Propresenter and continue the setup as normal. Hopefully that helps!
Thanks for the video. I am wanting to let Playback Pro to start a video for Easter. First time I tried it, I got as far as the midi selecting the video but it was not playing. I noticed yellow caution triangles on the slide and when I clicked on them, they just disappeared but then when I went back to try it again, it never worked. Thanks for any help you can provide.
