Facts bro.. I need to still learn how to even do them. Tbh I've never lobbed once on 10' or even 9'11" 100% just that 9'8" hoop i goto sometimes and maybe 9'4"/8'6" long time ago. It's a tough dunk and if u don't place perfectly you gas out from attempts lol. But practice makes perfect you are right. Thank you man. I want to grind for a 45" now I think. While still trying to stay healthy and get better/stronger.
@supercw2138 watch my vids man not much at all. When I was ur age I was just jumping more often. Harder. Maximum effort or no jumping. As it'll rewire ur system. Plyometrics. Strength training. Get into it man you'll go far. Elasticity and stretch. Always stretch. Always warmup etc stay healthy. Eat and grow
