Twice is a South Korean girl group formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2015 reality show Sixteen. The group is composed of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. The group debuted on October 20, 2015, with the extended play (EP) The Story Begins.

I really can't blame her; these idols are super busy with schedules of all sorts, and on the rare moments they get time off, they need rest, especially for an introvert of any level. It's exhausting! It's exhausting even for extreme extroverts despite how they love it. People's bodies aren't meant to go that much without a break, and idols are pushed to the extreme in ways we can hear about but will never fully understand since we're not in their shoes. Their stress levels have to be through the roof, and their exhaustion is to the max. Different people decompress in different ways, and it shouldn't be shamed upon. Unless it gets to the point where Mina completely disconnects with life and wastes away, then yes, concern is needed, but she still is living life. I can understand that her friends want to spend time with her on their time off; they should also understand that it may not be the best way for her to release stress. In this sense, she reminds me of Jisoo from Blackpink in how she decompresses. I know the girls are coming from a good place, but just because it is from a good place, it doesn't mean it can't cause damage.
I realize this video is nearly 6 years but there is a lot that can be learned from it. 0:29 Here we have Mina saying she would like to go the theater. Then next Jeongyeon and Jihyo berate her by bringing up the past times they asked her out and she turned them down. It would have been better for them to just say "I'm happy you want go out! Let's do it!" Please understand I am not bashing Jeongyeon and Jihyo and I know they have the best of intentions for Mina. But if they could see the world through Mina's eyes, they would change their approach. It would be helpful if JYPE and other K-POP companies provide 'Assertiveness Training' for people who are very introverted. As well as some sensitivity training for others in how to deal with people of all personality types. I know Mina is back from hiatus as well as Jeongyeon and both are doing better. There are others in the K-POP industry who are having problems too. My MBTI is INTJ-A and I am 100% introverted. 'Assertiveness Training' has helped me deal with my social situations. I am a ONCE and I love TWICE and all 9 members.
Why can’t people be more understanding of introverts, introverts feel drained easily so we like time to ourselves to recharge, we talk when want to speak, not just talk to hear ourselves speak and go out and stuff when we want to not when pressured too, mina is a class a idols who does her job well so in her own time she likes her time to herself for some peace and quiet and to recharge
She’s the one who caught my attention when I got into Twice last year. Her vocals are the most underrated, and I feel She was really underutilized as an artist in Twice at the start
