Good Morning - we use Netsuite and just implemented the Purchase Order process - we're hoping to be able to use the Netsuite app for managers to review/approve POs via the app but it currently is "closing the PO" when approving via the app - do you know if there is any way to fix this?
quite silly really. We have been sending PDF invoices for years on end. "Writing an invoice and posting by Post" went out decades ago! E-Invoicing merely contains data as an attachment or part of the invoice that can be automatically read out. It's just perfecting the big brother concept for tax purposes.

Where do you record project overruns that have no receipts to account for the payout to a contractor? The concern is that funds were used fraudulently.

This video is either incorrect or purposefully misleading. Some points are true and accurate, like the multi-language piece and Intacct is has a core finances focus, the but the multi-entity & consolidation piece is simply not true, one of Intacct's strengths is in it's multi entity support and consolidation and does provide real time data insights into your company's financial data. Intacct is best of breed not a suite, it is a modular system and customers can add in Sage Intacct modules to increase the level of functionality within the product (like Inventory Management, which you said it couldn't do), project management, contract billing etc etc. So you only pay for what you need and you can add and remove functionality at any time. It's no wonder Gartner awarded Sage Intacct the best core financial management software for mid market companies for 5 years in a row. Spreading FUD about your competitor only damages your own brand equity and standing, you lose credibility instantly.
