Monday 29th July 2024 somewhere in Papua New Guinea. I woke up this morning around 6.30am with the tune of this song in my head. I remembered it from when we used to sing this in church as a boy which I thank the Lord for blessing me with parents that brought us up in Church and God. I needed to see this today. I am praying that God continues to give me the tools and the resources to help my daughter. She currently has a speech delay, and it has been such a challenging season for us. But for her especially, my heart hurts whenever I see her struggling to express her needs or wants. This morning I witnessed something that triggered my emotions heavily and all I can do I cry out to God and ask him to guide and protect my baby as she continues to grow through this. My Lord is so mighty and so powerful and I know he will deliver my baby girl from this. Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still. Please family of believers I am ask that you lift my baby and I up in prayer. That she may be safe and my ppl have mercy and grace and have patience with her. May the stronghold be lifted from her vocal cords and may she speak, and speak, and speak and be able to shout praises to the Lord!!!! In Jesus name. Amen!!!! 🙏🏾 Love you all and may today be blessed for you ❤

We used to sing this song in our school assembly every morning before classes would start. Although we are a Hindu majority country, we have all kinds of religious and devotional songs to connect with God in our own ways. Didn't think of it much back then, but this is a very beautiful prayer.
