Paid promotion is different than RU-vid ads. RU-vid puts ads on any video, the only way for this person to make money with ads is if they upload consistent videos and get consistent views. So since this is a 12 year old video I doubt they put ads on it and if they did that’s probably only like 20 bucks a year IF the ads were there 12 years ago. Which they most likely weren’t. Also the copywriter laws for live performances are weird and really the only way you could argue you should be paid for this video having ads is if you’re the songwriter. Not a performer but the songwriter who owns the actual work. If you actually WANT to try to get money from the video you make a claim and if you have legal rights, all you get is ads take off this video because it’s probably RU-vid just putting ads on random videos.
Also if you mean the thing that pops up saying it includes paid promotion that’s also probably a RU-vid mistake. In some countries you have to say you’re being paid and that’s how RU-vid protects itself. Clearly there’s no paid promotion. That would be like if CoD hit you up to play the Modern Warfare remaster and paid you to upload a review.
I find it to be extremely disrespectful for those few singers laughing during a flag song. And on top of that they are laughing everytime there lead singer takes the lead. Dont have to sound awesome to be a singer.
Proud Mama I see it as they're just having a good time, during most of the song they're into it just as much as everyone else. I feel like if the younger one is laughing it's because he can't hit notes like that and tried. They know the music best for beat, nothing disrespectful.
