I don't get it, all the money and work put into it and they just delete it like it's nothing? They could've made local server hosts and stuff. I mean tbh the game looks like shit rn but I remember playing it over ironsight and I'm playing ironsight rn and it's pretty good
one of the few games whose simplistic style provided visual clarity without being yet another pixar slop like overwatch, gigantic, fortnite or valorant
FPS and Anime were pretty mainstream in 2017, but they're both even bigger 2023 I feel like a re release of this game could do pretty well with a graphics pass and some adjustments
I LOVED this game! Just stumbled upon it on Steam and instantly tried it out because im fascinated with GITS. I was hooked right up until the end. I remember one time getting banned for a few days for being too competitive and trying to get my team to stop camping and push the enemy. Would come home from work and school to game and just relax for a few hours. Can not wait for this to come back. Will have to jump into the modded servers again soon to see the updates.
Only issue with this game is that the operators talk too much. Would be better if the operator's voice was done locally instead of just announcing it to the whole game.

I knew someone else saying it was a CS reskin, and I'd argue quite a bit that it was different. The base has a bit of CS in it sure, but there's quite a bit of COD and some OW in it. It was a nice mix of things
This games was very very good! I think the only reason it died was because it had no much content. It was made by a small studio I think. If it had lots of content it would be a great success!
It died after some shitty update with guns restricted to certain characters and reducing a lot of customization. It had enough content for an FPS, but they fucked it up.
