I can’t watch this amazing show due to the f-ing audience clapping every time a woman is lifted off the ice for 3 seconds!! Even the wonderful tones of ‘Bolero’ are totally ruined by audience members clapping like demented sealions. STOP IT!!!!!
Love the show, but why the producers think hollow Willowby is enhancing the show in any way. Of all the female presenters they could have used. She is the most hated presenter on TV and simply not needed on the show, Surplus, deadwood that relies on the charisma of the male presenter to hide behind
As a ballet dancer and figure skater, I know what it's like to make a mistake mid performance, I admire anyone who can get back up and continue, so much, bc I know how difficult it is and how much it breaks you down. This performance gave me chills it was beautiful, especially being able to hear the blades on the ice made it even more chilling
Congratulations Ryan - I think Ryan winning DOI makes up for his brother being cheated out of Strictly Come Dancing last year. You could see how pleased Adam was in the audience last night.
I completely agree. Adam wasn't the best on Strictly but he was better than Angela R in the dance-off the week he was eliminated though and IMO was stitched up, since Strictly was potentially rigged that year for Angela R to get to Blackpool. Ryan definitely deserved to win DOI though on the night. That wasn't a fix. Just pleased for Ryan and for Adam to see his brother win DOI, after Adam was unfairly eliminated from Strictly.
It wasn’t the best final I have ever seen but this was right up with the best ever routines. So dramatic! There was a very slight stumble from Ryan towards the end but it didn’t detract from an overall magnificent performance. He deservedly won that routine and he used his acting skills to give it even more drama and power
