I suppose by this time you have fixed the problem. Otherwise clean the capstan axis by removing it and cleaning the brass front bearing and lubricating it.
Check the 21V supply on the servo board and make sure its giving the required 21V for the Capstan Motor, then check the 3 pcs motor run capacitor, replace it if needed

I cannot say which is better between the two set up, since the Darling Amp are less than 1 watt (0.75 wpc) and I’m using a 2A3 (3.5 wpc) with smaller volume Altec 612 cabinet in this video, compared to Altec 416 Onken cabinet with Sato Horn and Darling amp.. all I can say is, both set up are a keeper 👍
just stock wheels look great too, and they are tough, they never bend even offroad. Makes sense to do this just for the looks, and maybe if you drive 100% offroad, otherwise stock are way to go...
Yes, Sato Horn was been redesigned in Japan for Domestic Hifi System, based from Western Electric 15A Horn. Its best to match with flea powered DHT SET Amplifier 👍
Did you use sand filling or which composition of wood material thicknesses did you use? I can’t decide between the middle Sato 106cm mouth vs the 76cm. Did you hear both?
@@nicktube3904 no sand filling and i have no idea about the thickness of the plywood used for this horn, my friend who is an expert builder built it for me. He did a lot of Sato Horn already (some was even exported to Europe & South East Asia. Good luck on your Project 👍
