Thanks for stopping by the RU-vid channel of Jacobs Consulting & Executive Coaching, and welcome! Here, you'll find videos relating to leadership, agency management, executive coaching, public relations-communications, and more.
Hybrid work has made our team more thoughtful and intentional in our communication and collaboration. We're more mindful of each other's time and needs, and we're making a concerted effort to build relationships and foster a sense of community, even though we're not all in the same physical space.
Thank you both for your ongoing leadership and inspiration. Marina, I have always admired your drive, and forging a path for women in the industry. Mona spoke about you always and was thankful to learn from you after you hired her, moving her from the small northern Sweden town of Malå to NYC. If it weren't for that, Mona and I never would have met. So thank you for bringing the love of my life to NYC. Ken, what can I say. You took care of her in so many ways and set the example as a leader, mentor and friend. Thank you!!
Love this! You two need to take this show on the road. In all seriousness, Steve, you share a very valuable lesson in leadership. That is to surround yourself with smart, talented people and then give them the runway to do what they do well without interference. It takes a very strong and confident leader to actually manage in that way. Thank you for this important insight!
Great interview with two of my great former colleagues. Ken, I totally agreed with your comment that it was clear even 30 years ago that AnnaMaria was a star and was "going places" in the future! Thanks for the great and insightful chat.
Enjoyed this interview and learning from Kathy Bloomgarden. Her points on DEI are important. And I agree with Ken on the future of the workplace. I think it will be a hybrid approach...but we are all ready to reconnect in person in some way. Thanks, Ken.
I'm truly enjoying your podcast videos about communications. Thank you, it is truly inspiring and enriching for people like me who want to become better communicators. In my case, I worked as a communications manager at a mining company for 8 years. It'd be amazing to hear in the following videos how your guests managed communications through disagreement at work and how they resolved it.
