Mona spoke about you always and was thankful to learn from you after you hired her, moving her from the small northern Sweden town of Malå to NYC. If it weren't for that, Mona and I never would have met. So thank you for bringing the love of my life to NYC. Ken, what can I say. You took care of her in so many ways and set the example as a leader, mentor and friend. Thank you!!
Love this! You two need to take this show on the road. In all seriousness, Steve, you share a very valuable lesson in leadership. That is to surround yourself with smart, talented people and then give them the runway to do what they do well without interference. It takes a very strong and confident leader to actually manage in that way. Thank you for this important insight!
