uMaStandi seeks to grow with the objective of creating independent property entrepreneurs in Townships, enabling individual previously disadvantaged landlords to create and leave a viable legacy.
There’s a property I would like to finance via uMastandi but I don’t have enough equity for what I estimate the project will cost. I’m afraid by the time I save enough money to present as equity for the uMastandi loan, the property will be off the market. I want to borrow money from the bank, which I can present as equity for uMastandi loan just so I could get the ball rolling on the project. Would you guys advise against that? I have no problem servicing the bank loan and the uMastandi loan concurrently
Am so excited I came across this podcast, I've been seeking assistance within this Industry for the longest time. I know about TUHF, from my days in Joburg. Am now in EC and trying to resuscitate my Late parents'properties. I will be in touch with you guys real soon. It would be nice to get Nomfundos nos!
Hi. I would like to know if you'd be able to fund a start up property development business that seeks to buy open land and build rental units in soweto?
Thank you im looking forward to the assistance, I tried TUHF, but the logistics could accommodate my situation, please share the date for the next session so we can join in live.
