Well I thought this incredible place MUST be American or at least Australian - because somebody obviously had more money than they knew what to do with ! No - A Brit did this ??? I thought we Brits were a lot more conscious of what is important in life - no ? So - my view ? Not exactly positive - I hate every sq ft of this ghastly monstrosity ! Did they win the football pools ? So why is it now on the market - did they spend way over their budget & now have to sell it to recoup - I cannot imagine how this happened !
Can't believe no one has pointed out that the front of the house looks like the Scream mask. It's beautiful inside but not worth the £2m asking because of the location.
This is really, a very well thought out plan. Love the features and layout. It’s unfortunate that soon the area surrounding this mansion will be built up with new housing. I think this property is worth £1.35 million tops👍🏽
Read up on the guy that owns this house. absolute crook. ran a lettings business himself and ran off with his clients deposit money. said he had no money left to return. yet here he is selling his overpriced £2 million house in one of the blandest towns in the country
Its amazing that the estate agents job is to sell houses, but they can't manage to do that correctly, no floor plan, no room measurements, or only in feet and inches, hardly any photos, full of bullshit when you talk to them, the list is huge
@@diaryofayorkshirelass3777 i mean they are very small on the outside, inside atleast its bigger than hong kong cage homes or apartments, their like 75 to 125 Sq feet. You do realise thats the average size of an American parking space ( for 1 car ). 😂
Ummm it’s alright, but it’s not stunning (although I suppose that term is relative). And there’s too many plants in the living room, it’s like sitting in a jungle.
