Thank you so much for this amazing video. What goes through your mind while you are doing these poses? Does your mind have to be clear all the through to be able to see the results? How long does it take you to start seeing at least one change in your spirit and body after doing these poses? Do you have to chant mantras every day and block all the thoughts that come into your mind while doing Kundalini Yoga to be able to see the result?
