My name is Richard and in August of 2015 I turned 50 years old. The age transition on that date really didn't bother me too much, but the new decade has caused me to spend a bit of time thinking about who I am, and what I plan to do with the rest of my life.
Once I turned 50 I would, on occasion, have people ask 'How's it feel to be 50?". To which I would reply, 'It's great! I don't feel a day over 60!". Which unfortunately was true. Over the last few years I have just felt poorly, in general, mainly due to bad habits. In addition, I have spent too much time not enjoying the moments, but focused on the long term.
I believe I have psychologically aged myself... and I am going to do something to fix that! My goal is to begin to enjoy the moments, to communicate with my family better (through these videos), and to share my journey as I reclaim myself and rage against the dying of the light!

PLEASE find Craig and Maria Emmerich on RU-vid. I applaud you on your journey to metabolic health, but there is so much misinformation on Keto. If you fast you are going to lose muscle which is your metabolic powerhouse. You will not lose fat. This will only make fat loss more difficult. Metamucil and MCT oil is a poor nutritional choice and can damage your microbiome. Please look up Protein Sparing Modified Fasting. You can lose fat eating a Carnivore/low carb diet without losing muscle! As part of my IDU family, I care. Emmerich Keto is backed by a nutritionist and science!

@Rico.at.50 just keep in mind that if your PCP is not a functional health doctor and hadn't made an effort to learn anymore than was taught in school, he probably is spewing info from an out dated text book. My total cholesterol and LDL are really high. But my triglycerides and HDL are perfect. My PCP and I battle over this every year. I keep telling her to stop pushing statins and review current research.
Have you tried connecting them to a laptop? I'm interested in these for productivity, and you can use them as virtual multiple monitors. Would you say it's a reasonable alternative to physical monitors for home use?
You can connect them to a laptop if it has a USB-C port. I would not say it's a vialble alternative to physical monitors because there is some physical discomfort when used for several hours. But for temporary use it could certainly be used for that.
@@Rico.at.50 would love to see a video where you try using them with a laptop at home instead of normal monitor setup! I'm intrigued because the cost of the glasses is comparable to getting 2-3 decent monitors anyway, and with the glasses you could configure or place them however you want.

Happy birthday (belated)! As a 56yo dude in tech, I tip my hat to you, sir, as I try to learn more about these interesting devices and if they have any value beyond the gee-whiz factor when seen from afar. Just watching over your shoulder, it does appear to be more for visual appeal than a functional device for the purposes I was considering, 3D modeling. I'd seen someone supposedly using it for such but their video made things look far more solid than yours seems to indicate being possible.
You're right, it's simply a 2 dimenional portrayal of a video. If the video has a 3D aspect to it itself, then that gets displayed but nothing more than that. I will say it does move some air, so there's that added feature too. On our recent trip to Vegas we went to the Sphere and they had an array of these in their atreum that looked really cool. Hi Rico, this looks fantastic. Theresa and me tried a keto diet some years ago, it definitely worked for us. How was your first week, it supposed to give you flu like symptoms and a feeling of weakness, it did us. After that it was fine, just expensive
The erythritol study was an observational study. There is zero validity to it. I can share info on the study if you would like. Allulose will keep your ice cream soft. If you use erythritol, the ice cream will be rock solid after being frozen. I follow pretty strict carnivore/keto diet and have lost about 30 pounds. I wanted to let you know that you have helped me on this journey. I live outside of Chicago and winters can be brutal. I watch and re-watch your IDU videos while I grind out my miles on the elliptical. Not only did you (and Rob) teach me how to play IDU, but your videos make my cardio tolerable. I just emailed you a link about the study. I hope it eases your worries. I am pretty strict about what ingredients I use and I am comfortable using erythritol. Word of caution: Swerve has changed the ingredients. I think tapioca starch was added which makes it no longer keto friendly.
Hello Rico, Thank you for sharing your experience with this product! My only concern is this flickering kind of effect it does on camera which makes it a bit hard if you want to capture a nice video especially if using it for an event and I can see sometimes it is there and sometimes not. Do you have any experience and comment with this? Would you mind sharing a purchase link? Thank you once again!

Good video man. I learn more about how you use the shard after you switched to the crossbow. I could watch the Xbow movement and see how you were pitching the shard. My biggest complaint with the shard is when I throw it forward fast I look like a drunk. I move two steps forward and one step backwards and when moving forward with it I seem to move forward and to the right. If you practice with the xbow about 2 weeks and the way you shard around you have a good shot at about number 20 or 25 on that board. The x bow is super fast and your fast movements would be great together. Keep on playing and I will be looking forward to the next video. Oh should have grabbe that Lighting arrow and put them all on the throne at Anakims' feet then hop down and start shooting the Lighting arrows would have killed him.

do you really think they consider what color your wall is and how high you hang it? They have no idea. Just get an extension and hid the cable in the wall if you're concerned with the visibility of the cable.

I would also be interested in learning about the shard usage. I find it difficult to handle. But since i also get motion sick and the teleport arrow is not always ideal, it might actually be worth a bit of practise.

Yeah, that's a pretty annoying aspect. I will say - playing it further you do get new caddies that are not as bad. They need to allow us to turn that feature off, for sure.
My feeder is blinking blue and they don’t even have an option that shows that’s possible in their troubleshooting guides??? My feeder is stuck not connecting to new wifi. I can’t delete the feeder and I can’t successfully connect to new wifi. It blinks yellow as if it’s been reset and then it fails to connect to wifi - stuck in blinking blue. Not dispensing scheduled meals.
I see you also commented directly on the manufacturer's wifi troubleshooting video and they replied that you should contact their customer support. I think that sounds like the right direction. I wish you good luck getting this resolved!

Of all the sigils fletcher is my favourite because of its variety and need to adapt to what you get. That said I’ve only done it a few times. I need to get back into it, I’ve been focusing on Asgards Wrath mainly, when I get the time to play!
It's my favorite too. Same reason, you have to think about every single shot and sometimes you get a good arrow and sometimes you don't - but you still have to figure out what to do with it. :)
