I love listening to music and attend concerts. I also love to document them for my personal record and to share the incredible moments with rest of the world. I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did, and keep coming back for future shows!!
I hate this sh@t. People tagging in “Awesome “ . No it’s not. Greg Howe is AWESOME for sure. But I’m tired of these videos some guy filming it on his phone. “Sounds great “ NO it doesn’t, I’m sure it does if you’re there but on this guys iPhone no.
Hey there. Appreciate your honest review. If you are looking for studio/SBD multi-channel mix, this isn't it. But this was recorded right before I started to use the external mics. Sounds on more recent recordings are better for sure, but no, they are not perfect still. I'm not a professional, so if that's what you are looking for, then wait for official releases from the artists. Also, at the time, I had a Pixel 7 pro and not an iPhone. I currently use a Pixel 8 pro.
i can't put into words how special it was for myself and it was great to meet you at such a wonderful happening. mdou and this band are a rare commodity in the world of music today. real. from the heart. self taught. talented beyond belief. most importantly today, uncorrupted by their label or the industry. does not get better.
The last song of set 2 is Brain Stew by Green Day. One other small note, they call their cover of Bertha, "Shmertha". I'm not sure why, but my personal head cannon is that its a "shred metal" version of Bertha. Oh, and if you wanna get real specific the opening is "Pavlov's Siren". Gotta get that crowd drooling for whats to come.
Thank you!! For one, reading the descriptions, two for completing the setlist! I almost gave up on it. I hope you will be able to catch them before their hiatus. I hope I can, but travel is definitely required, which lowers my chances.
lindsey is excellant, she just needs a great sound man like me of 30 years, everyone of her shows recorded shows her vocal lost in the mix very sad she sings excellant ,i dont know if she has a sound man but thats very bad the vocal needs to be on top of the mix then fill it in,you cant hear why? she is very talented ,you are ruining her chance by being lazy sound man ,
I'm rose Marie de hut and i'm never going to complain ever the men are the Best the has to offer like abig bright perfect diamond Best the world has and better love rose❤
Mick refuses to get old why? It must be all that moving around that he does. that's got to be it get that circulation going he is truly a rolling stone a rolling stone gathers no moss thanks to Mick...the other 2 Keith and Ron ..quit smoking and look like they are in great shape. look at Mick's video " let's work"...it is a reflection of who he is on and off stage. try singing and running around for 2 hours... city after city... that is an amazing athletic ability.. those artists contemporaries of the stones who retired and let themselves get overweight....need to get inspired by Mick ,whip themselves back into shape and get back out there....for a real artist...there is no such thing as retirement.. how do they do that? do what Mick is doing....eat a diet like what Mick eats follow the exercise routine that Mick has.... don't quit... do it for the fans
I was there also. My first Stones concert. I have seen many top bands live and i have to say they took the top spot. I actually shed a tear when they took the stage.
Actually, yes, it could be worse than this. Even with the Zoom mic, this is the sound captured at my location. This is why I do not like these large stadium shows. Compared to some other videos posted, I would not think this is the worst, but certainly could be better. Thanks for your comment.
I was there. The sound here isn't even close to what the live show offered. Total energy. They were on. I've seen them 8 times. This was one of the best shows.
I was there too! The sound was amazing, my ears were ringing afterwards. Wish I could time travel back to a week ago! They were amazing. Saw them in 89 bur THIS meant so much more to them and we fans!❤
Nothing to see here. It’s just a group of 80 year old men putting on another frickin’ AWESOME rock n roll show! The acoustics in the stadium weren’t very good but that didn’t diminish the show for me in any way. What an incredible set list… Sweet Virginia, Dead Flowers, 3 from Keef and 2 of the best renditions of Sympathy and Honkey Tonk I’ve ever heard them play!! A very bluesy vibe throughout the show! Loved every second!!!!
Sound usually in the stadium that size is not going to be ideal. Relatively speaking, I think the sound in the section I was in was decent. I've listened to the recording from the pit, and it is not as good - bad mixes.
I was in 326, which is usually the area where I like to sit, as it usually provides a really good even sound, and I get awesome photos of the show to hang in my music studio. I thought the sound was better at the Nov. 21 show and at Elton’s show in Sept ‘22. When I saw the mixing desk off to the side I was a bit concerned. Regardless, the boys were absolutely brilliant Friday night! The sound didn’t at all diminish the experience even in the slightest!
@@cosmichippo9708 I was there on the other side of the stadium in the third level and the sound was the same as it is in this video which made me feel better. At my age I didn't know if it was my hearing that was out of whack! It was a Fantastic concert!! Thanks so much for allowing me to relive it!
I currently use Pixel 8 pro. May not be the best one, but good enough. If pixel 9 upgrades, I will likely switch to that in the future. I also use Zoom Am7, but sometimes I will use the sound from other sources if available. For this show, I was able to use my Gimbal.
